The short, honest version.
Tesor is a waitlist for an unlaunched product. We collect as little as possible and we're happy to delete it on request.

What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect what you type into the form: your email address, plus (depending on which side you pick) your app's URL and a short pitch for founders, or your social handle, platform, and niche for creators. For security only, we also record a timestamp, the page that referred you, your browser's user-agent, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address, solely to detect and block automated (bot) signups. We never store your raw IP address.
Why we collect it
To run the waitlist and to email you when Tesor opens. That's it. We don't build advertising profiles, and we don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. We also don't track you across other sites or respond to Do Not Track signals, because we don't run that kind of tracking in the first place.
Our legal basis
We rely on your consent to email you about the waitlist, which you give by signing up and can withdraw at any time. For the security data (the timestamp, referrer, user-agent, and hashed IP used to block bots) we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the waitlist free of abuse.
Where it's stored
Signups are stored as entries in a private repository on GitHub, which we access through the site's own API on Vercel. For traffic measurement we use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics, which counts page views in aggregate, sets no cookies, and does not build a profile of you. Both GitHub and Vercel process this data on our behalf as infrastructure providers. They are based in the United States, so this data is transferred there under standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup until Tesor launches and for a reasonable period after, so we can honour your place in line. If the project doesn't move forward, we delete the list.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy, at any time and for any reason. Email us and we'll handle it, normally within one month. If you're in the EU or UK and think we've mishandled your data, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
